The major highlights for Estrella during the past year in the countries where we operate:

Argentina

• Consolidation of Estrella as a service provider in the oil and gas industry.


• Completed a full rig refurbishment on Rig 551 after a successful campaign more than 3 years of continuous service.

Bolivia

• Started operations in Bolivia in mid June with the provision of a 1000 hp drilling rig for drilling and completion operations.


• Implementation of the base at all levels and sectors.

Chile

• Consolidated our position as the lead provider of directional drilling tools and rental oil tools in Chile.


• Continued as the primary drilling rig contractor in the geothermal sector.


• Provided geothermal drilling operations on the slopes of the Tolhuaca volcano located in the Central Region in the Cordillera de los Andes.

Colombia

• Announcement of the formation of Estrella Petroleum Colombia (EPCOL) as a result of the acquisition of STS de los Andes, Petroland, and Zigma companies.


• Remodeling of our operating base in Barrancabermeja.


• Creation of an employee training center in Barrancabermeja.


• Organic growth of the operations achieved by adding two workover rigs - thus bringing our total fleet of rigs in the Barrancabermeja area to twelve.

Perú

• Full refurbishment of our 250 hp workover rig.


• Successful execution of a water disposal well drilling project in the Camisea operating area.


• Contracted to drill surface holes using specialized equipment.


• Start of workover activities with 2 rigs.
